THIS YEARS WALK TRAINING WALKS START MARCH 2024
From Left to right
Damian Lo Cascio - moved profoundly by the tragedy after losing his partner suddenly, he has committed himself to join others in making a difference by fighting for every heartbeat and supporting those that could avert the tragedy of losing a young loved one.
Jim Lancaster - Couldn't walk last March due to emergency triple bypass surgery. Fundamentally an inspiration to what life can be, he wants to help prevent people going through what he had to.

Stephanie Lo Cascio - My daughter, an inspirational 12-year-old who has loads of courage and strength and is moved by seeing how this tragedy affected her dad and Natalie’s daughters who she goes to school with.
Gerrard Davern - NHS human resources / recruitment, an old school friend whose Dad suffers from Dementia and is in a home. He supports the lifesaving research of the British Heart Foundation and their valuable work in the field of vascular dementia.
There are a few more to mention and will be added as we get closer to the event
Nigel Wakefield below- A North London man - Brother in law to my Besty Friend ar school Matt Casey who also struggles with heart related challenges and is inspired by causes of this kind and motivated by all these stories.
